You have the right to cancel any contract within 14 working days without giving any reason. The 14 working days will start the day after receipt of the goods. The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies at firstname.lastname@example.org and must state your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the invoice number of the cancelled contract. Where we have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to us. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging, goods must not be removed from sealed vacuum packing, and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract. Where Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies have supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies, The Barn, Hannath Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech, Cambs PE13 5ND, United Kingdom. The cost of returning goods is non-refundable, as is the cost of shipping to the customer where this is stated as a separate item on the invoice. Once notice of your cancellation has been received, and we are in possession of the returned goods in satisfactory condition, we will make a refund of the contract price of the goods to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. Or in the case of Third Party Payments such as PayPal, then refunds will be made via them. This will be done within 28 days of the date of cancellation.
