1. Status of Terms
These terms constitute a legal document ("the Agreement"), which sets out the rights and obligations of you as a purchaser ("you"), and those of Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies [Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies are the owners of tawnadoairguns.com] ("Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies", "we" or "us"), in relation to the services and products offered by us through this site. By using this site to purchase goods and or services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted by the purchasing process on this site. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies has the right to refuse supply.
2. Place of performance and applicable law.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom mainland Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies makes no representation that any product referred to in the materials on this site is appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. English law shall govern this Agreement.
You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.
3. Ordering.
To place an order via this site, simply proceed with purchase by adding to your shopping cart until you are finished. Then go to checkout to pay via PAY PAL.
Alternatively, phone shop to place order by your preferred card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo (Solo and Electron users may have to provide proof of age). We also accept postal orders cheques and cash. We recommend sending cash special delivery. For cheques you should note they will be fully cleared to our satisfaction before goods are despatched. Goods supplied to you by Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies will correspond with their prices and description (subject to E & OE). If at any time this is not the case we will give you the right to reject the goods within a reasonable time period for a full refund. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website we reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, and at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.
4. Dispatch and Delivery.
Orders received by mid day on any normal working day are, where possible, dispatched the same day. Delivery will be by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force unless you are notified by e-mail to the contrary. Dispatch will always be within 7 working days of receiving your order. If, for any reason this is not possible you will be notified at the first possible opportunity and have the option to withdraw from the purchase. Whilst we can not guarantee specific delivery times, first class recorded post and 48hr Parcel Force service will be used. However, this should not be taken as any guarantee of delivery times. If you are not in receipt of your goods within ten working days from order please notify us and we will investigate immediately on your behalf.
5. Cancellation rights.
You have the right to cancel any contract within 7 working days without giving any reason. The 7 working days will start the day after receipt of the goods. The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies at michael_tawn_airgun_supplies@hotmail.com and must state your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the invoice number of the cancelled contract. Where we have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to us. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract. Where Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies have supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies, The Barn, Hannath Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech, Cambs PE13 5ND. The cost of returning goods is non-refundable, as is the cost of shipping to the customer where this is stated as a separate item on the invoice.
Once notice of your cancellation has been received, and we are in possession of the returned goods in satisfactory condition, we will make a refund of the contract price of the goods to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. This will be done within 28 days of the date of cancellation.

Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this site. Certain links in this site will lead to sites, which Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies are not in control of. When you activate any of these you will leave the tawnadoairguns site and Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies have no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site, which is not under the control of Michael Tawn Airgun Supplies.
